A 12 acre parcel in Phase I back in 2004 sold for $12,500 an acre for a location close to the highway, and with ocean views.
Today acres in this same area are now going for $62,500
12 acre parcels in Phase I that have the highest viewpoint of the ocean are now selling at $125,000 an acre. Parcel 134 is currently under contract for 1,500,000.
In Phase I where it connects up to Phase II there are still a few acres left that currently do not have access. These acres are selling for $20,000. |
